Your Account Responsibilities

You're responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- Setting up appropriate PIN-based authentication for your staff
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
- Ensuring only authorized employees access the software
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate business information for:
- Account setup and billing
- Payment processing through Stripe Connect
- Compliance reporting as required by law
Acceptable Use
What You Can Do
- Use PawnSight for legitimate pawn shop operations
- Export your data at any time
- Customize the software for your business needs
- Use our API for integrations (when available)
What You Can't Do
- Use the software for illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our software
- Share your account with other businesses
- Use the software to violate pawn shop regulations
- Attempt to access other customers' data
Payment Terms
Billing
PawnSight uses annual billing:
- Subscription fees are charged annually in advance
- Payment processing fees are deducted from transactions via Stripe Connect
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- All fees are non-refundable except as noted below

Customer payments in your shop:
- Go directly to your Stripe Connect account
- PawnSight receives our platform fee automatically
